SphereUs℠ GTM Strategy
A county-first, IRL-led, community-activated growth strategy — built on the principle that the most powerful distribution is the community sphere itself.
The GTM Thesis
County-First
Every activation starts with a specific county sphere. Local anchors — schools, golf courses, chambers — are the GTM vehicle, not paid ads.
IRL is the Product
SphereUs' competitive moat is real-life, in-person service delivery. GTM reflects this: events, school visits, and community presence, not just digital campaigns.
Every Constituent is a Channel
SUN Youth students recruit buyers. GYA golfers recruit donors. Premier members recruit providers. Each user type is a grassroots distribution channel.

IRL Activation Tactics
The backbone of SphereUs growth is in-real-life presence
County Sphere Launch Events
Host a 'Sphere Launch' in each target county — part community town hall, part job fair, part GYA demo round. Invite local officials, school principals, Chamber members, and providers.
Golf Your Age℠ Local Tournaments
Partner with 1–2 local courses per county for a GYA event. Local press coverage, sponsor table booths, Foundation donation drive. Every player becomes a SphereUs brand ambassador.
School Assembly Presentations
SUN Youth reps present to middle and high school students (and separately, guardians) at partner schools. Show real earnings, real certifications, real student success stories.
Chamber of Commerce Partnerships
Position SphereUs as the Chamber's preferred local economy platform. Chamber members get premium onboarding, first-sphere priority, and co-marketing in Chamber newsletters.
Foundation Grant Announcements
When a Foundation grant is awarded and a service is delivered, create a local press moment. The recipient, the provider, and the Foundation all get recognition — driving donor engagement.
IRL Referral Cards & QR Codes
Physical QR code cards distributed at laundromats, barber shops, churches, community centers, school offices. Each card ties to a county-sphere landing page and tracks conversions.
