Become a GYA Course Partner

What is Golf Your Age℠?

GYA participants register to play a number of holes equal to their age — within a 72-hour window — and raise sponsor pledges. 100% of all registration donations and pledges go to the SphereUs Foundation, which funds community care grants distributed to local neighbors in need in the golfer's county. Any golfer, any age, any course. There is no cost to play at a partner course beyond normal green fees.

• GYA challenge traffic — participants actively searching for courses to complete their challenge may choose your course

Partner Responsibilities

• Welcome GYA challengers and accommodate their play (standard tee times apply — no special reservation system required)
• Maintain an on-file GYA contact name and email (used only for GYA admin communication)
• Optionally offer a green fee discount to GYA challengers (not required)
• Optionally host Solstice Challenge events (Summer June 20–22, Winter Dec 20–22) — entirely optional

Fees & Approval Process

• No fees. GYA Course Partnership is free — there are no setup fees, annual fees, or transaction fees.
• Approval within one week. After submitting your application, our team reviews it and you'll receive a confirmation email within 7 business days.
• Map listing goes live immediately upon approval. Your course will appear with a partner badge on the GYA Course Map once approved.
• No annual renewal required unless your contact information changes.
